RETURNS

Sophie Blake accepts returns of unworn and unused product within 30 days of shipment. 

Note: you are eligible for either return credit or a refund only after Sophie Blake receives the item and confirms that it is unworn and unused. If your item is received with any damage, we will provide Sophie Blake merchandise credit for the return.

Note: made to order and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Steps To Return Item(s)

Online Return Process

• Email stores@sophieblake.com with your reason for the return. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Return Options 
  1. Full Refund - ($10 return shipping and handling fee)
  2. Merchandize Credit and free return shipping  

Return Shipment Instructions

• After you have completed the online return process, you will be emailed a return shipping label within 1 business day.

• Please print your return shipping label as well as the return form.

• Please pack items to be returned and return form inside an appropriate shipping box and seal it.

• Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop off at your nearest FedEx location.

• Your credit or refund will be applied within 3-8 business days upon receipt of your item(s).

• At any point, you may check the status of your return online in your order history.

EXCHANGES

  • Sophie Blake accepts exchanges in store only.
  • Customers will follow return process (stated above) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.
