Returns & Exchanges

Sophie Blake accepts returns of unworn and unused product within 30 days of delivery (online purchases only). Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product. Please note all Sale and Clearance items are final sale.

You are eligible for a full refund on unworn and unused items only. If your item is received and is showing wear or damage, we will provide Sophie Blake merchandise credit for the return only. 

Made to order, custom items, clearance and final sale and cannot be returned. 

      Steps To Return Item(s)

      1. Email contact@sophieblake.com 

      with your reason for the return. Please include the following information in your email:

      - Order Number

      - Reason for Return

      - Return Options 

      - Specify which option you prefer:

             2. After you have completed the online return process, you will be emailed a return shipping label within 1 business day. Please print your return shipping label as well as the return form. Pack items to be returned and return form inside an appropriate shipping box and seal it.

            3. Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop off at your nearest FedEx location.

            4. At any point, you may check the status of your return online in your order history. Your refund will be applied within 3-8 business days upon receipt of your item(s).

            EXCHANGES

            Customers will follow the return process (stated above) for their returning product and should send an email to contact@sophieblake.com to coordinated an exchange.
