RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Sophie Blake accepts returns of unworn and unused product within 30 days of delivery (online purchases only). Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product. Made to order, custom and clearance/final sale items cannot be returned.
You are eligible for a full refund on unworn and unused items only. If your item is received and is showing wear or damage, we will provide Sophie Blake merchandise credit for the return only.
U.S. Returns (Excluding U.S. Territories)
We gladly accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery for orders shipped within the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
This domestic return policy does not apply to orders shipped to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Orders shipped to U.S. territories are subject to our separate return shipping terms. Please contact us for assistance with your return.
Steps To Return Item(s)
1. Submit a return request through our site, using your order confirmation email.
2. If approved, and have completed the online return process, you will be emailed a return shipping label within 1 business day.
Please print your return shipping label as well as the return form. Pack items to be returned and return form inside an appropriate shipping box and seal it.
3. Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop off at your nearest FedEx location.
4. At any point, you may check the status of your return online in your order history. Your refund will be applied within 3-8 business days upon receipt of your item(s) less a $10 return shipping and administrative fee.
EXCHANGES
Customers will follow the return process (stated above) for their returning product and should send an email to contact@sophieblake.com to coordinated an exchange.
International Returns
We gladly accept eligible international returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customers can choose whichever of the following options is most convenient for them:
Option 1: Arrange and pay for the return shipment directly using the carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Sophie Blake NY cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
Option 2: We generate the return shipping label for you. The cost of the return label will simply be deducted from your refund once your return has been received and approved.
